Phillip J. Scaletta, Jr., of counsel, born Sioux City, Iowa, August 20, 1925. Mr. Scaletta attended Morningside College where he earned his B.S. degree in 1948. He attended law school at the University of Iowa where he obtained his J.D. degree, with distinction, in 1950. Mr. Scaletta joined the faculty of Purdue University as Professor and Head of the Business Law Department in 1966 after working in the Corporate Management Group for Farmer's Insurance Group. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1966 and has also been admitted to practice before the Unites States Supreme Court.
