Thomas L. Brooks, Jr., born Nürnberg, Germany, November 1, 1955. Mr. Brooks, Jr. graduated from Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio) with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1978. Upon graduation he worked for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati and the with Lafayette National Bank in Lafayette, Indiana. He attended Valparaiso University School of Law from 1989 until 1992 when he received his J.D. degree. He was admitted to the bar in Indiana in June, 1992. Mr. Brooks, Jr. is currently a continuing lecturer in Business Law at Purdue University. He is the attorney for the City of Lafayette Police Civil Service Commission |
